Chief Executive Officer

Our Chief Executive Officer and Lead Manager, Ben Chepkoit (Ph.D.), has extensive managerial and advisory solutions experience of over 20+years that spans across national and international markets, including United States, Africa, and Middle East, in sectors of government, private corporations, and not-for-profit institutions.

As Principal Consultant, Ben's wealth of experience contribute greatly to delivering advisory services in corporate best-practices and governance, commercial management, project management, financial management and reporting, budget formulation, contract management, internal control and compliance. Ben has served in U.S.

Federal Government - General Services Administration (GSA) in financial management and reporting; Bechtel Corporation in USA and in OMAN (Middle East) project; Verizon Communications Corporation in Billing Systems Engineering; Clark Construction Group in Project Contract Management; Wells Fargo Bank in Financial Analysis and Servicer Loan Defaults; MTC Corporation in Business Management and Consulting; and International Corporations as Chief Executive Officer and Director for various organizations in Africa.

In addition, Ben freely volunteers his time, effort, and resources in technical and management advisory services to various charitable organizations in USA and Africa.

On academic qualifications, Ben holds Ph.D. in Business Administration from Northcentral University (California, USA); Ph.D. ABD in Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University (Florida, USA); Master's Degree in Management Systems from Bowie State University (Maryland, USA); Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance from Southeastern University (Washington DC, USA), and Master Certification in Six Sigma Lean Management Methodology from Villanova University (Pennsylvania, USA).

Chief Operations Officer/Technical Director

Our Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Technical Director, Mr. Peter R. Hill, has over 35+ years' experience in engineering and development that include design, implementation and management of satellite as well as terrestrial wireless and cable communications systems.

Peter designed and implemented systems in many overseas locations including Asia, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Central and South America as well as Canada and the U.S. Peter's experience span over the development, construction, and procurement of consulting services to numerous commercial as well as government communications agencies, and terrestrial network design and evaluation.

Peter has extensive experience in proposal preparation, proposal evaluation, system analysis, design, costing and cost trade-off analysis, planning, contract management, status reporting, negotiations, program staffing, scheduling, site selection, site surveys, acquisition, integration, facilities engineering, installation, acceptance testing and commissioning of numerous project development, satellite, and terrestrial communications networks.

He has experience in the analysis and design of transmission networks for video, voice and data over analog and digital Public Switched Network (PSN) systems, including performing cost trade-off studies between transponder utilization and ground station parameters. Mr. Hill has an extensive working knowledge of all VHF through Ka-Band earth terminals, Very Small Aperture Terminals (VSAT) and Tracking Telemetry and Control (TT&C) and RF through base-band subsystems.

Peter holds Advanced Degrees in Applied Science Electrical Engineering from the University of British Columbia (Canada) and numerous advanced certifications in Engineering and Design from United States. His past experience spans across various corporations and United States Government agencies that include US Government Security Agencies, Artel Inc, Systar Telecommunications Corp, Raytheon, and NASA.
